Matt Stout was a little late on the draw with his most recent Sunday Report but he's got a good excuse! He's been in London playing the WSOPE and the EPT.
In fact, he busted out of the WSOP Europe Main Event and went straight to his computer to log this very Sunday session!

Negative variance has truly started to rear its ugly head in my Sunday sessions.
I said a few weeks ago that these blogs weren't really showing what I originally intended it to do, show the huge ups and downs of my Sunday swings, because I'd been running too well. That's finally starting to level off a little bit, although I'm still showing a healthy profit for the year and plenty happy with the overall results.
This particular Sunday session actually started out as a live session for me, and I was truly hoping not to make it back home in time for online tournaments. It was day three of the WSOP Europe £10k (~$16k) main event. 60 players were remaining of over 300 entrants, and 36 spots were paid out.
Unfortunately, I didn't even get to sniff the bubble on that one. I squeezed out of position against Phil Ivey's open and Andy Frankenburger's flat on the button with A♠ K♣ with a stack of about 80k at 1200/2400. Ivey instantly announced that he was all in, Andy folded, and I quickly called.
Ivey showed T♠ T♣, and we were off to the races.
Since Ivey had won a huge pot by freerolling with A♦ K♦ against Nick Schulman's A♠ K♣ the previous hand, I looked at Ivey and said "C'mon Phil...can I have this one since you just freerolled Nick?"
"Actually, tell you the truth, this is the first one I feel like I'mma win."
Now let me tell you ... I'm such a relentlessly positive person that even with Ivey telling me he was going to run good I was SURE I was going to win that pot. The flop came T♦ 3♥ 4♥ LOL...maybe I was wrong. Perhaps there's someone who is able to outdo my rungood? Only Ivey though.
I picked up a sweat when the Q♣ hit the turn, but I bricked the river and was out the door less than 30 minutes before arriving for the day.
That meant that I had a few hours to kill before the $5k WCOOP main event with over $2 million to first.
